Participation in Choral Fest is designed to facilitate an organized and meaningful experience. Depending on the modality and the final confirmed program, the participation fee may include the following elements:

Estimated investment per participant
There is a base cost corresponding to the official festival package. From there, each choir may require adjustments according to its travel reality.
Some delegations need to arrive earlier or depart later because of airline tickets, while others wish to take advantage of their visit to enjoy a tour of Costa Rica before or after the festival.
For this reason, the final cost may also vary according to the number of nights, type of lodging, travel dates and participation modality.
Our purpose is to help each choir director evaluate the viability of the trip calmly and understand what participation in Choral Fest Costa Rica for Peace includes.
Important conditions to consider
To ensure a good organizational experience, some conditions should be considered from the beginning of the process.
- Rates may vary according to the type of occupancy requested by the ensemble: single, double, triple or special modality.
- The final proposal depends on the number of confirmed participants.
- Available spaces are limited.
- Participation is confirmed once the process indicated by the organization has been completed.

Comfortable lodging and logistics designed for choir groups
We seek to ensure that each choir has appropriate conditions to rest, eat well and focus on the artistic experience.
Lodging is organized in hotels previously defined by the organization, according to availability and confirmed modality.
Meals are structured in a functional way to support the rhythm of the festival and may include half board or other variants according to the final program.

The festival logistics include group support for transportation connected to the official activities included in the program.
This allows the delegation to focus on living the experience without having to solve each internal mobility detail separately.
