Completing this form does not automatically confirm participation. It allows our team to prepare the proposal, package details, costs, logistics and next steps for your choir.
Participation Spaces Are Limited
Participation spaces for international choirs are limited.
In order to maintain the quality of the experience, the organization of concerts, lodging, transportation, meals, cultural activities and personal attention given to each choir, priority may be given to choirs that complete their information and move forward in the process first.
Once the available participation spaces are filled, additional choirs may be placed on a waiting list or considered for a future edition of the festival.
For this reason, we recommend completing this form as soon as possible so our team can review your information and prepare your proposal in a timely manner.

- Promotional photos and logo
- Number of singers and total travelers
- Tentative repertoire

- Interest in extending the stay before or after the festival

Participation Package
Participation in the festival is organized as part of a coordinated package.
The proposal may include information related to lodging, transportation in Costa Rica, meals, concerts, workshops, cultural activities, organization support and general logistics.
Once this form is received, our team will review the information and prepare the next communication with the details applicable to your choir.
Payment Schedule for International Choirs
To confirm participation and allow proper organization of logistics, lodging, transportation, meals, concerts and cultural activities, international choirs must follow the payment schedule established by the organization.
Before November 15, 2026
The choir should confirm its participation with an initial payment of at least 30% of the total package amount.
By January 15, 2027
The choir should complete a second payment of 30% of the total package amount.
By February 16, 2027
The choir should complete the full payment and officially confirm its participation in the festival.
With the initial payment, the choir confirms its intention to participate and agrees to be subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on our website.
Final participation is confirmed once the required payments and conditions established by the organization have been completed.

Before Completing the Form
Please have the following materials ready:
- Official name of the choir
- Recent choir photo
- Choir biography, maximum 200 words
- Name of the conductor
- Recent conductor photo, if available
- Choir logo, if available
- Tentative repertoire
- Performance video link, if available
- Number of singers
- Total number of travelers, including companions
- Information about possible stay extensions before or after the festival
For videos, we recommend sharing a link from YouTube, Vimeo, Facebook, Instagram or Google Drive instead of uploading a video file directly.

Choir photos, conductor photos and choir logos may be used for festival promotion, website materials, printed programs and social media publications.

- Choir photo: 10 MB
- Conductor photo: 10 MB
- Choir logo: 10 MB
- Repertoire document: 10 MB
- Scores: 15 MB per PDF file
- Audio reference: 25 MB
Repertoire Information
For church concerts held in churches, we especially recommend sacred music, as well as works or songs that promote peace, hope, unity and human values.
For school performances, we recommend a cappella music whenever possible, so students can experience the beauty of vocal harmony, different voice parts and the way voices blend together.
The tentative repertoire may be modified later, but this information helps us understand the artistic profile of your choir and plan the festival program more carefully.
What Happens After Submitting This Form?
After receiving your information, the Choral Fest Costa Rica for Peace team will:
- Review your choir’s information and materials.
- Prepare or complete the participation proposal.
- Share package details, costs and logistics.
- Contact the director or official representative.
- Guide the choir through the next step of the confirmation process.
Because participation spaces are limited, choirs that complete their information and continue the process earlier may receive priority consideration.
