Should our choir buy flights before applying?
Step 1 does not require booked flights. Directors should avoid major non-refundable travel commitments until participation status and relevant travel requirements are sufficiently clear.
When is the Choral Fest Costa Rica 2027 application deadline?
The official registration deadline for the 2027 edition is February 28, 2027, subject to availability. Directors are encouraged to begin earlier so there is sufficient time for review and travel planning.
What if our choir cannot travel during June 23–27, 2027?
Choirs that need flexible dates or a personalized Costa Rica experience should use Travel with Purpose Costa Rica for Choirs , which is separate from the annual festival format.
